Lucky for me the first two garage door companies I called were of no help whatsoever! My interaction with the dispatch customer service representative was most pleasant inasmuch as I was beyond patient with a broken garage door with some place to go. The technician that came to my home was Robert. Robert took the time to provide me with an explanation of my issue and what was needed and did not try to oversell a damsel in distress. I appreciate all the service I received from your company and will recommend you to my friends.

Robert came out on a Sunday and was earlier than expected and finished faster than expected... very friendly and great work!

Robert; the technician was great. On time courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He fixed our garage door is less than an hour. Replaced our worn out rollers. Gave us a 30 labor warranty. We would definitely recommend him to our neighbors if they have a garage door issue.

Robert responded to my request for service (via Angie's List) after a garage door spring had broken - he came quickly. He was very polite and helpful - no pressure. My door was repaired quickly, and the door works very well. I had additional concerns about noise when the door opened/closed which occurred frequently before the spring had broken. Robert advised and resolved the issue, replacing the old metal rollers without too much of an additional cost. When the work was complete, he was very helpful explaining what he had done and the warranty for the work. Thank you and nicely done, Robert!

Robert is very knowledgeable and doesn’t do any work without getting all the issue details and providing options. I always feel like I got the best service possible when he is done. Would highly recommend.
